Thrasher Worth represented a petroleum transportation company who was sued by two former employees for violations of Title VII and the Fair Labor Standards Act.  After 4 years of protracted and contentious litigation, Kimberly Worth and Barton Black secured a defense verdict  after a 6 day jury trial.  

After the verdict, the Plaintiffs filed an appeal of the jury’s verdict which Thrasher Worth was also able to keep intact.
